Hispanic Heritage Fiesta & Cook Off, 1-8:30pm, Mercedes Livestock Show Grounds. This huge family festival will feature food, contests, live entertainment and $10,000 in prizes.
Hope in Joy Carnival, 1-8pm, Doctor’s Hospital at Renaissance (Edinburg). Rides, games, food, music and more fun for the whole family. Funds raised will go to help Valley children fighting cancer.
